Placebo是英国1994年组建的一支摇滚乐队。Placebo 中文译名为“安慰剂”，乐队的名字 Placebo 取自拉丁语，含义是“我愿意”（唱赞美诗前所说的第一个词）。是一个三人乐团，主唱兼吉他手Brian Molko，鼓手Steve Forrest，以及Stefan Olsdal（贝司、吉他和键盘）。
我常常认为Brian Molko的声音就像他们乐队的名字一样，安慰，似乎还带着些控诉。他真的对我来说就是但丁与耶稣。这首歌让我感觉到共鸣，认识了很多人，却并不真正的了解过，看似友好，其实我们都知道，只不过是为了好玩或装装罢了。现在高科技的横空出世，让人们都渐渐忘了我们交朋友最原始的初衷了。
对于placebo来说有太多朋友 placebo是无法让他们了解真正的自己的，即使他们想去做。但他们只是真的不能，因为有些人有些地方注定是无法到达的。
